We are designed to be open to both our internal and external, both to science and the material plan and the spiritual plan.
Choice is an expression of what is the state of your awareness.
What's the awareness in action? The action is to have grace and surrender.

It is important to find the balance between our feminine and masculine energies, especially at this time right now.
Don’t box me in to being one type of expression, because I am all of these expressions.
Life gave me tools by the traumas. We label it as trauma and it is traumatic because it's hard to go through but it absolutely provides us with the tools we need to navigate the journey.
Every single one of us that comes into this human existence comes with the gift, and the gift is you discovering you.
It's like different pieces of this puzzle to get here. It is important for everybody to understand, we look at teachers, masters, gurus, whatever you want to call them, oh, they're done, nobody's done. As long as you are in this physical human form, you are not done.
We're all creative beings. We are in this physical world for that creation.
You're here to be you. You're here to express yourself, however that is for you.
