The silence, stay even just a few minutes in a day in silence and ask yourself questions, what you are curious about and just wait for the answers. All our answers inside of us.

Choice is an expression of what is the state of your awareness.

The beginning of the change starts with awareness.  With the understanding of when you become aware, now you can see you have the potential or the capacity to make a choice.  You can't crawl back in the box once you have the awareness.
